What I've learned from being a Vegetarian after 36 yrs

I just surpassed my 36 years of vegetarianism. There are many things that I look back at I would recommend to any young or older person who is considering being a vegetarian. I have always wanted the objective data to quantify my healthy eating lifestyle. I have found the Pharmanex diagnostic testing to verify my lifestyle of healthy eating habits.
